Return & Refund Policy

At Calico Jack Coffee Roastery, we take pride in crafting high-quality coffee and ensuring our customers have an excellent experience from start to finish. If you're not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Coffee & Perishable Items

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on coffee beans or brewed beverages. However, if there is an issue with the quality of your coffee or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to make it right — whether that’s a replacement or store credit.

Merchandise & Equipment

For non-perishable items such as merchandise (mugs, apparel, brewing gear):

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at calicojackcoffee@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo if applicable. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

In-Store Purchases

If you made a purchase at our café, please bring the item and your receipt back to the shop within 30 days for eligible returns or exchanges. Coffee drinks and food items are not eligible for return once prepared, but if something was wrong with your order, let our baristas know — we’ll do our best to fix it on the spot.
